Site statistics
Transversal's software automatically tracks activity on your Web self-service pages. Statistics include the number of knowledgebase entries viewed, the number and content of searches performed, the number ofenquiries submitted, the number of advertising clickthroughs and the length of visits.
Agent statistics
Managers can monitor the productivity of customer service staff using detailed statistics of tasks performed. Data includes the number of entries written and edited, the number of enquiries answered and the average turnaround time for responding to email.
Custom data views
Multiple preset data views, together with options for filtering statistics based on date, area of the knowledgebase or visitors' domain addresses, let you study only the data in which you are interested.
Fast downloads
Statistics can be downloaded in a range of file formats, including XML, HTML and CSV, for storage off-line or use in other applications. Downloads are streamed to minimize waiting.
Automated reports
Statistics are compiled into bespoke reports of performance. These reports are created automatically as spreadsheets and sent by email every week or month. A choice of Excel® or OpenDocument formats lets the spreadsheets be exported easily into other software.
Restricted access
Permission rules for access to statistics can be configured for each staff member. For example, access to site statistics can be restricted to senior staff, or access to agent statistics can be restricted by department.
