Integrated Apps

Transversal has developed mobile Web applications such as a branch finder and currency converter. These can be incorporated into self-service pages and given the same design and branding.

Search and Automate with our Prescience Engine

Our Prescience search tool takes the cramp out of composing search queries on a phone. It uses the customer's context to predict what they're searching for, while they type. Then it makes suggestions based on the content of the knowledgebase.

QR Codes

We're working with major retailers to integrate quick response (QR) codes into self-service. For example: a customer scans a QR code on a product, and a copy of the product manual is retrieved from the knowledgebase. We're also working to integrate with object recognition technologies like Blippar™.

Information Sharing

Our mobile self-service doesn't need special content; it shares content with the client's Web self-service. We simply put an interface designed for mobile in front of the core knowledgebase and search technology. Any content specific to mobile customers is flagged so that it appears only on the mobile site.
