Are you a customer service professional with an interest in web technology? If so, this could be the role for you.
To be considered for this position you must have at least three year's customer service experience, excellent communication skills and the following:
• Experience using web technologies.
• Familiarity with HTML.
• Proficiency using Excel.
In this role you will be responsible for providing front line technical support to existing customers on the Company’s web-based products by answering queries and developing customer relationships. Familiarity with web and contact centre technologies is essential.
As a Customer Support Executive / Customer Services Advisor you will support Project Managers with setting up and managing new accounts and conducting client training. You will also manage account metrics for customers, whilst ensuring they receive the correct statistics in a timely manner.
• Front line technical support to existing customers on the Company’s web-based products.
• Developing customer relationships.
• Support Project Managers with setting up and managing new accounts and conducting client training
• Implementation of custom search training to improve search results for new and existing accounts
• Statistics reporting for a range of clients
Skills & Experience
- Three year's customer service experience
