Annual list identifies the products which demonstrate the best understanding of customer needs.

Transversal, the company behind Prescience™ technology and the leading provider of knowledge solutions, is pleased to announce that its web self-service technology has been named one of KMWorld’s Trend-Setting Products of 2015.

Published annually and judged by a panel of the publication’s writers, market and technology analysts, knowledge management experts and customers, the list aims to “identify products that fulfil the ultimate goal of knowledge management” – namely providing people with the key information they need, exactly where and when they need it. Over 200 vendors with over 1,000 separate products were considered for the list, with only the top 89 making the grade.
