Transversal client Utility Warehouse named #2 in 2016 UK customer satisfaction Index
The Institute of Customer Service has released its national measure of customer satisfaction based on the views of 10,000 UK consumers - revealing the first significant boost in customer satisfaction since 2012.
Amazon tops the Index, up from second place last year, followed by a newcomer to the index, Utility Warehouse.
