Transversal and its Clients Crowned at Engage Awards November 2017
Transversal’s client Wolseley UK won Best Use of Innovation in Customer Engagement at the Engage Awards, taking the top prize in a high-profile field of nominees. Utility Warehouse, also a Transversal client, ran Wolseley a close second for the award and was highly commended by the judges.
Wolseley and Utility Warehouse were rewarded for large-scale business transformation projects. Both companies deployed Transversal’s Prescience platform to change the way they shared and managed knowledge across their organizations. By improving access to knowledge, they enhanced the efficiency and quality of customer service to achieve measurable KPIs. Wolseley’s improved customer engagement was highlighted by rises in CSAT and net promoter scores, as well as an increase in sales.
