Transversal and Wolseley commended at CCA Awards

Capping a great awards season for Transversal, our client Wolseley was recognized at the CCA Awards on 16 November. Wolseley, which transformed its contact centre knowledge in partnership with Transversal, was highly commended in the category Innovation in Customer Service.

Only a few days earlier, Wolseley had won Best Use of Innovation in Customer Engagement at the Engage Awards, where our client Utility Warehouse was also commended. Its clutch of trophies is testimony to the success of its knowledge transformation, which has also seen measurable benefits across KPIs.   

The annual CCA Awards reward excellence in the contact centre industry. This year’s field was highly competitive, with a record number of entrants including household names from both the private and public sectors. Andrew Mends, chair of the judging panel, noted that, “This year’s winners should be exceptionally proud,” and that simply being on the shortlist demonstrated a “serious commitment to superior customer service”.
