Transversal cements place as a company that matters in knowledge

For the fourth year running, Transversal has been named one of KMWorld’s 100 Companies that Matter in Knowledge Management, joining such market leaders as Adobe, Amazon, IBM and Microsoft.

“The organizations named this year to our list of 100 Companies That Matter in Knowledge Management have captured and sustained our interest through their functionality, success with clients and innovation,” says KMWorld editor Sandra Haimila. “When we look at the technologies they offer, we are awed by the progress, excited by what the future will bring and confident they will enrich our lives. The companies we have chosen for our 2018 list have proven their business value to customers. We are impressed.”

For Transversal, this accolade comes near the end of a business year in which we’ve stretched our capacity for innovation and enjoyed increasing recognition for our and our clients’ success. Knowledge transformation projects undertaken with our clients were honoured at the Engage Awards and CCA Awards. Our CEO, Heather Richards, was shortlisted for Business Leader of the Year and Woman Entrepreneur of the Year. Our client summit, held in February 2018, confirmed the reach of our influence as business leaders from a range of sectors gathered to talk about knowledge automation and Transversal’s impact on their work.

One of those clients, Utility Warehouse, stated that Transversal enabled them to make a “quantum leap” in customer service. The combination of technology, strategy, and thought leadership we offer our clients is why we hold our place on KMWorld’s list alongside some of the biggest companies in the world.

"We are delighted to be recognized yet again by KMWorld. The fact we feature annually on this list reflects our commitment to innovation.
We’re not content to rest on previous success, but continually strive to improve and adapt the delivery of knowledge in a rapidly changing marketplace.

Heather Richards, CEO, Transversal.
