Transversal shortlisted at TechXLR8 awards
Transversal is shortlisted for the Digital CX (customer experience) award at TechXLR8, part of London Tech Week 2018.
The annual awards hail “solution providers leading the way in 5G, virtual & augmented reality, IoT, cloud, connected automotive and artificial intelligence”. Other nominees across a range of categories include such companies as Ericsson, Red Hat and Wipro.
As a leading provider of automated knowledge solutions, Transversal helps our clients make their digital customer experience more effortless and more responsive. One of our clients, Capgemini Business Services, saw its customer experience ratings increase by 50 per cent after deploying Transversal software, while another, Wolseley, raised its overall customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores to 96 per cent. Wolseley’s success in transforming customer experience has previously been recognized by the Engage Awards, CCA Awards, and Digital Leaders Awards.
