Transversal clients shortlisted at Engage Awards
In the latest good news of the awards season, Transversal and its clients Capgemini Business Services and Equiniti are finalists in four categories at the 2018 Engage Awards.
Equiniti, a provider of payment and investment services, is shortlisted for Best Online Customer Experience. International BPO Capgemini is shortlisted with Transversal for Best Outsourcing Partnership, Best Use of Technology in Customer Engagement, and Best Use of Innovation in Customer Engagement.
The nominations are for large-scale digital business transformation projects built on Transversal’s knowledge automation solution, Prescience™. By using Transversal technology on its Selftrade platform, Equiniti gives its investment customers the accurate information they need to manage their portfolios. Knowledge automation from Transversal helps Capgemini provide financial services to major clients including Coca-Cola and FedEx with greater efficiency.
