The tech industry’s autumn awards season is in full swing. Shortlists have been posted and while the nominees polish their acceptance speeches, let’s recap what Transversal and its clients have achieved this year.

Our major knowledge transformation project with Capgemini Business Services has been recognized by both the Customer Contact Association Awards and the Engage Awards. At the CCA Awards, Transversal and Capgemini are shortlisted for Best CX Transformation Through Technology Partnership. The Engage Awards shortlisted Transversal and Capgemini in three categories: Best Outsourcing Partnership, Best Use of Technology in Customer Engagement, and Best Use of Innovation in Customer Engagement.

Another recent project, automating knowledge for investment manager Equiniti’s Selftrade platform, has also been recognized by the Engage Awards. The Equiniti service is shortlisted for Best Online Customer Experience.

Wolseley, a 2017 winner at the Engage Awards, received further positive notice this year. With Transversal, it was shortlisted for Best Large Enterprise Digital Project at the Digital Leaders Awards. For more on Wolseley’s digital knowledge transformation, see the Wolseley case study and our webinar with Wolseley’s Alison Goodwin.

As a business, Transversal was shortlisted for the Digital CX award at TechXLR8 and for Technology Company of the Year at the Cambridge Independent Science and Technology Awards.  Transversal CEO Heather Richards has been widely lauded for her acumen and vision this year. Heather won Woman Entrepreneur of the Year at the Business Weekly Awards, was a finalist for Business Leader of the Year at the Women in IT Awards and, at the aforementioned Cambridge Independent awards, is shortlisted for CEO of the Year.

That’s a pretty good year, even before we factor in our continued recognition by KMWorld magazine as a trend-setting vendor and a company that matters in knowledge.
