Transversal CEO talks knowledge and entrepreneurship at spring events
Transversal CEO Heather Richards has been sharing her business experience with both aspiring and established professionals this spring.
On 27th-28th April, the Cambridge Judge Business School’s Accelerate Cambridge programme kicked off with an “Entrepreneurship Education Weekend”. As part of this programme aimed at encouraging new entrepreneurs, Heather – a founder member of Transversal from its start-up days – discussed how start-up enterprises can take their first steps towards marketing their product. She has previously spoken on preserving knowledge assets at the same institution.
In front of a more seasoned audience, Heather spoke at Gartner’s Customer Experience and Technologies Summit on 22nd May. A host of professionals from a range of sectors assembled at this flagship event to learn about providing a top-notch customer journey. In her presentation, delivered to a packed house, Heather described how knowledge automation can drive efficiency across even the largest enterprise.
Transversal’s Knowledge consultants also staffed a booth at the Gartner event, explaining knowledge automation technology and strategy throughout the day.
