Transversal is delighted to be speaking at Gartner’s forthcoming flagship CX Summit in London on the 22nd-23rd of May 2019.
Transversal will be presenting on Wednesday 22nd May at 1pm in the Exhibit Showcase Theatre. We will describe how knowledge automation underpins the successful deployment of large-scale knowledge management strategies and how it drives efficiencies and value across contact centres, HR departments and customer-facing websites.
The two-day summit aims to support businesses “in every stage of their CX journey”. It features cutting-edge strategic research from Gartner’s team of analysts, alongside exhibitions of customer service technology from the industry’s leading vendors.
Topics will include Customer Experience Vision and Strategy, Customer Centricity and how Knowledge plays a key role in the deployment of CX projects across multiple channels.
Sessions are organized in four themed “tracks” to help attendees plan their day: Building Foundation, Planning Innovation, Driving Transformation and Gaining Trust.
