Capita and BBC Audience Services case study

To help support BBC iPlayer’s growth and development, retain audience users and encourage uptake, it was vital that users were able to get up and running with the BBC iPlayer quickly and easily. Working in partnership with Capita, who were already providing support for the BBC's iPlayer customers, Transversal were able to deliver a solution which provided effective self-service capabilities; improving the experience for the customer and freeing up staff time, enabling them to have a greater focus on value-added services.
